Your mission

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded HR Team Assistant to support our People function across Europe and beyond. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who enjoys structure, coordination, people support, and working in an international environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, help run core people processes, and contribute to payroll, onboarding, employee administration, and people initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team, support the German entity in close collaboration with the CEO, and help deliver a smooth employee experience across the business.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly reliable, and enjoys making things run smoothly. 

This Role is a fixed Term Contract for 1 year and will be available in a Part Time Capacity of 30 hours OR in a working Student setup. We can hire you in the following Countries: Germany, UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.

You are likely a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Have an interest in HR, people operations, payroll, or administration

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Work in a structured and accurate way, even when handling multiple tasks

  • Are proactive, responsive, and comfortable following up with different stakeholders

  • Enjoy helping people and creating a positive employee experience

  • Are comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Nice to have


  • First experience in HR, payroll administration, office administration, or a similar support role

  • Experience working with HRIS (Personio), payroll tools, or Google Sheets

  • Interest in employment law, people operations, or organizational development

  • Experience in an international company environment

    • Payroll inputs are well prepared and submitted accurately

    • Onboarding and employee administration run smoothly

    • Employees receive timely and helpful support

    • HR documentation and systems are well maintained

    • The German entity receives strong operational support

    • Global people initiatives are supported in a reliable and well-organized way
