Your mission
Are you excited by solving complex puzzles and designing technical solutions that really make a difference? As a Solution Architect at Avidly, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping integrations, data migrations, and custom CRM solutions for our clients. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, partnering with Business Analysts and Developers to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions across platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who can visualise complex systems, enjoys continuous improvement, and thrives in client-facing technical discussions.


THE ROLE


Pre-sales Support:
  • Shape high-level solution architecture and validate technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to define scope, effort, and risk
  • Recommend tools, platforms, and strategies for integration and migration
Discovery sessions with Customers:
  • Lead technical discovery alongside CRM Consultant, defining access needs and reviewing data models
  • Evaluate integration and transformation methods (API, iPaaS, custom code)
  • Contribute to technical diagnostics and risk identification
Design:
  • Own integration architecture, data pipelines, ETL logic, and API strategies
  • Finalise mapping specifications and build technical documentation
  • Define validation dashboards and monitoring tools
Development & Deployment:
  • Guide Developers through builds, configuration, and testing
  • Support in iPaaS configuration, API extractions, and complex data imports
  • Oversee cutover, delta imports, and go-live readiness
  • Ensure technical quality and smooth client handover
Continuous Improvement & Work Management:
  • Build reusable tools, templates, and frameworks
  • Share best practices, mentor colleagues, and contribute to delivery governance
  • Raise risks proactively and ensure delivery within scope and quality standards

Please note: Avidly is a remote-first business and so all interviews will be held via Google Meet. Should you live close to one of our offices then it could be possible to schedule an onsite, in-person meeting (dependant on location of hiring manager).
Your profile
Essential
  • 2+ years in technical consulting, development, or architecture roles
  • Extensive experience in system architecture and data integration
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, APIs, and ETL processes
  • Strong capability in mapping complex datasets and business rules
  • Technical leadership in CRM migration and integration projects
  • Experience with iPaaS tools, scripting (Node.JS, SQL, JS), and data modelling
  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes
  • Fluent in English. German would be an advantage
Preferred
  • 5+ years in technical consulting, development or architecture roles
  • HubSpot CRM or Operations Hub experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, Freshdesk, etc.
  • React or app development experience a plus
  • Experience automating data pipelines and QA processes
Bonus
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Platform/APIs, custom APIs, and iPaaS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, or other major CRM/ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, or React for development understanding
  • Ability to write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and validation
  • Experience with automated testing scripts, error handling, and data reconciliation processes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or version-controlled development environments
  • Experience leading architecture for enterprise-level integrations or app builds
  • Comfort in creating technical documentation, such as solution blueprints and system diagrams
